A school with a long list of well known past students the canteen was also past it, and ready for an upgrade.

Justin Architecture selected Hospitality Design from an number of commecial kitchen designers and provided a final brief in consultation with the school’s Business Manger.

The canteen was to replace the outdated canteen, and was to transform a dowdy area into an new exciting function space and bright canteen, or can we now call it a cafe?

The time frame for the build was short, but utilising the readily available MODULAR stainless steel benching, this project gives a great insight into the effective use of modular kitchens, and the realisation of just how fast a kitchen can be put together.
